Club History

Established 1979

The Conejo Valley is a region spanning both Southeastern Ventura County and Northwestern Los Angeles County in Southern California. 

Located in the Northwestern part of the Greater Los Angeles Area, communities in the Conejo Valley are Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Woodland Hills, Lake Sherwood, and Calabasas.

 

OAKS FC

Oaks FC has been fielding competitive soccer teams since the early-1980s, and became a non-profit corporation in 1987 (as Conejo Valley United, CVU). Oaks FC is a Cal South affiliate and plays in Coast Soccer League. From 2015-2021, CVU was selected as one of the five LA Galaxy affiliates and operated as LA Galaxy Conejo Valley. When LA Galaxy ended its affiliation program, the Club resumed as CVU with approximately 55 teams in Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley. In 2022, CVU and BF310 merged to create “Oaks FC”.

 

“Conejo Valley United (CVU) and Brad Friedel 310 (BF310) are proud to announce the merger of the two youth organizations to become Oaks FC. Oaks FC is a professional team that competes in @nisa professional soccer league and will complete the professional soccer pyramid from youth to professional within the Oaks FC youth system.”

 

Notable players from Oaks FC include Cobi Jones and Eric Wynalda, both who played on the US Men’s National Team in multiple World Cups.

To achieve our vision we will focus on developing each young soccer player to achieve their full potential on the competitive field of play as well as in the field of life. We strive to provide the best soccer training through coaches who have experience, ability, and motivation.
